| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力的提高以及创新型教育是我国高校研究生教育改革的核心关注点。本文对研究生教育的现状、创新能力影响因素进行了分析,并以此为基础提出了相应的对策建议。得到的结论是：研究生创新体系首先要从教育体制上进行改革,并以教学方法、培养机制、考核机制以及导师队伍素质的提高等细节因素为主要载体来实现。

| Abstract: | The improvement of graduates＇ innovative ability and innovative education are the core topic of China＇s postgraduate education reform.Based on the analysis of the situation of postgraduate education in China and the influencing elements of innovative ability,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures.The writer concludes that postgraduates＇ innovative system should firstly reform on education system,and realize with the carrier of teaching methods, cultivation systems,evaluation systems and the improvement of the quality of instructor staff. |
