| 摘 要： | 中高职三二分段模式教育是职业人才培养立交桥的一个重要部分,它给中职学生提供了一个高效对口的升学通道,也给高职教育带来了更为丰富而有益的生源,而中高职的衔接与贯通是实现这种双重效益的根本。本文旨在对高职三二分段人才培养模式进行研究,根据医疗器械制造与维护专业中高职不同就业方向对人才培养目标进行精准定位,探索医疗器械中高职三二分段科学衔接与贯通的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The three-two section of the secondary-higher vocational education is a important part of vocational talents training overpass, it can provide vocational students a high efficiency an low cost of further education channel, and it bring a wealth, high-quality students to the higher vocational education. In order to achieve the above benefits, linking-up secondary vocational with higher professional education is the key. This article aims to study in vocational talents training mode of Three-Two stage, by distinguish between different personnel training goals, and explore a channel for link-up and dovetail of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education. |
