| 摘 要： | 随着全国就业环境的改变,各地大学生就业难的问题也突出出来,大学生就业成为学校、家长及学生关注的话题,也成为社会的焦点。毕业生的就业状况总体来说比较乐观,但是也存在一些问题,比如,就业期望值过高、在竞争中缺乏自信心等,如何使毕业生更好地实现社会化过程是本文探讨的主要问题。

| Abstract: | With the national employment changes in the environment,the students also highlighted the difficult problem of employment out of the employment of the school students,parents and students concerned about the topic,has become a focus of the community.Overall,the employment status of graduates more optimistic,but there are some problems,such as： employment expectations too high,such as lack of confidence in the competition,how to make students better achieve the socialization process is the main problem discussed in this paper. |
