摘    要:本文分析了高职英语教学现状,提出采用"因材施教"的教学理念来满足学生主观学习的需要,制定了科学合理的分层目标,针对不同层次的学生实施分层考核、统一评估的办法,在管理中采取"走班"滚动机制和激励教学方法来完善分层教学理念;最后探讨了分层教学模式在高职英语教学中存在的问题及解决思路。

Abstract:This paper analyses the current situation of English teaching in vocational college and the theories of stratifying model of instruction.It has proposed the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude to satisfy the needs of students to learn,and to make a scientific and rational goal at different levels,stratification of layered evaluation,unified students to evaluate,go in management and incentive mechanism of rolling class teaching methods to improve teaching concept.Finally,the paper discusses the teaching pattern in higher vocational English teaching problems and solutions.
