| 摘 要： | 近些年随着研究生教育改革的不断深入，研究生招生人数倍增，进而带来了高校管理难度增大以及研究生培养体制的深层次创新改革更加困难等问题。面对这些逐一呈现在广大教育者面前的问题，如何在保证研究生素质不断提升的前提下成为关键。高效地去解决这些问题，高校需要不断地推进研究生培养体制改革，积极探索新的培养模式，做到不断推陈出新。本文主要从现行研究生培养模式改革和导师队伍建设这两个与研究生培养紧密相关的话题来论述如何深入开展研究生培养体制改革的问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the continuous deepening of postgrad-uate education reform has doubled the enrollment of postgradu-ates, which makes university management more difficult and makes it harder for the further innovation and reform of postgrad-uate cultivation mechanism. In order to efficiently solve these problems under the premise of continuously improving the quality of cultivated postgraduates, universities should unceasingly impel the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism, actively ex-plore new cultivation models, so as to bring forth the new through the old. This paper mainly elaborated how to further implement the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism from two topics closely related to postgraduate cultivation, that is the current re-form of postgraduate cultivation mechanism and the construction of the tutor team. |
