| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育的目的是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。当前要提高高校思想政治教育工作的时效性、针对性，必须打造高素质的思想政治工作者队伍，形成规范的人员选用标准和制度。思政工作者要准确把握“三育人”工作的尺度．将教育、管理、服务有机协调起来。思想政治工作要与建设高水平的校园文化结合起来，要引导学生广泛开展社会实践。

Exploration on the Ideological and Political Education of University Students |

| Abstract: | The purpose of university ideological and political edu- cation is to cultivate qualified socialist constructors and reliable socialist successors with ideal, morality, culture and regulation. Currently, we should improve the effectiveness of university ideo- logical and political education, construct a high-quality group of ideological and political workers and draw up standardized per- sonnel selecting standards and regulations. Ideological and polit- ical workers should correctly grasp the rule of organically inte- grating education, management and service. Ideological and po- litical work should be combined with the construction of high-level campus culture, and students＇ social practice should be widely guided. |
