| 摘 要： | 目前我国处在社会转型期，高等教育改革和发展也快速推进，这些都使得加强大学生思想政治教育工作显得尤为重要。而高校政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作战线的主力军，不断加强思想政治辅导员队伍建设是高校强化大学生思想政治教育工作的基本保证和有效途径。与此同时，高校辅导员队伍建设也面临着许多问题，这对高校辅导员作用的正常发挥产生了不利的影响。分析新时期高校辅导员队伍建设存在的问题，从而得到解决措施和办法，对于健全高校辅导员制度，调动高校辅导员的积极性，具有现实意义。

On the Construction of the Counselor Team from the Perspective of Vocational Education |

| Abstract: | At present, China is in social transformation, reform and development of higher education are also fast forward, which makes ideological and political education work particularly im- portant. The college political counselor is the main force of col- lege ideological and political education, so strengthening the construction of ideological and political counselor team is the ba- sic guarantee and effective way to strengthen college students＇ ideological and political education. Meanwhile, tlaere are also many problems in the construction of college counselor team, which affect the role of college counselors. This paper analyzes the problems, and proposes measures and methods, which is of practical significance to improve college counselor system and mobilize the enthusiasm of college counselors. |
