摘 要: | 小班化教学是适应社会发展与教育需要个性化的发展而产生的新的班级授课形式。近几年来,有关小班化教学的研究一直都是国内外的研究热点,并涌现出大量的研究成果。小班化教学相比于传统的教学尤其是大班教学优势明显,小班化教学学生人数少,教师可以关注到每一个学生的发展,可以做到因材施教,小班化教学的实施已是众望所归。但是目前在大多数学校,依然是大班教学。由于软硬件教育资源的缺乏,小班化教学的推行任重而道远。

Abstract: | The small-sized class teaching is a new teaching form that comes up with the development of product and individuation of education demands. Recently, researches about small-sized class teaching have been hot issue at abroad and home and there have been many research achievements. Small-sized class teaching has more advantage than traditional teaching, which has few students and teachers can look after every student, so teach- ers can teaching according to student's ability. Therefore, small-sized class teaching should be set up in the whole country. Because of lacking educational resources, setting up small-sized class teaching is difficult. |
