| 摘 要： | 高校党员教师应该重视党建工作的有效开展,能够使党的执政根基扎实稳固,能够使办学朝着社会主义方向,为社会培养值得信赖、可靠的优秀社会主义接班人。但是,目前大部分高校党员教师的党建工作仍然存在诸多问题,比如部分教师政治思想意识不足、忽视政治工作、部分党组织缺乏凝聚力等。因此,高校党员教师及相关党务工作人员应该建立相应工作责任制、创新党的思想建设、提高专业能力、积极进行长期政治培养等。该文针对新形势下高校党员教师党建工作的创新性探索进行分析。

| Abstract: | College teachers as Party members should attach importance to the effective development of Party building,so that the Party’s ruling foundation can be solid and stable,and the school-running direction can move towards socialism,so as to cultivate trustworthy and reliable outstanding socialist successors for the society.However,there are still many problems in the Party building of most college teachers as Party members,such as the lack of political ideology of some teachers,the neglect of political work,and the lack of cohesion of some Party organizations.Therefore,college teachers as Party members related Party personnel should establish a corresponding work responsibility system,innovate the Party’s ideological construction,improve professional capabilities,and actively carry out long-term political training.This paper analyzes the innovative exploration on the Party building of college teachers as Party members under the new situation. |
