幼师生心理危机预警模型研究

摘    要:幼师生心理危机是影响学校稳定和发展的重要因素。针对预警在幼师生心理危机管理中的重要性,结合心理危机产生的原因,提出了幼师生心理危机预警指标体系。考虑到指标信息的模糊性,引入多层次模糊综合评判方法,建立了幼师生心理危机预警模型,以期在实践中得到应用。

Abstract:The psychological crisis of students' of pre-school education major is an important factor influencing the stability and development of the school. In view of the importance of early warning in management of psychological crisis of students of pre-school education major and the causes of psychological crisis, this paper proposes the psychological crisis early- warning system for students of pre-school education major. Taking into account the ambiguity of index information, multi- level fussy comprehensive evaluation is introduced to construct a psychological crisis early-warning model for students of preschool education major, aiminz to be annlied in nractice.
