| 摘 要： | 实施创新教育,是培养适应现代社会发展的高素质人才的需要,是时代发展对高等教育提出的必然要求,是世界高等教育改革的必然趋势。本文在对目前高校创新人才培养存在的缺失进行论述的基础上,分析了制约我国高校创新人才培养的因素,提出了高校创新人才培养的改革对策。
