| 摘 要： | 随着教育现代化的深入发展,产教融合在各大高校中逐渐展开,使得各大高校需要更加完善自身教学条件,充实应用型高校的重点教学设施,为培养应用型人才创建良好条件。而应用型高校中案例库的运用不仅可以满足当下产教融合对人才的要求,而且还能提升广大教职工的教学能力。然而,高校在建设案例库的过程中,也暴露了运行机制不够完善、重视程度不足以及人才管理模式不够健全等问题,需要高校总结自身资源优势,突破传统校园管理模式的缺陷,不断探索案例库建设的优化方法,为高校建设提供有效借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the modernization of education,the integration of industry and education is gradually being implemented in major colleges and universities,urging them to improve their teaching conditions and enrich their teaching facilities,so as to create good conditions for the cultivation of applied talents.The application of case database in applied colleges and universities can not only meet the requirements of talents in the current integration of industry and education,but also improve the teaching ability of the majority of teachers.However,in the process of building a case database,some problems are exposed,such as imperfect operating mechanism,insufficient attention,and imperfect talent management model.Colleges and universities need to summarize their own resource advantages,break through the defects of traditional campus management model,and continue to explore the methods to optimize the construction of case database.The writer hopes to provide an effective reference for case database construction in colleges and universities. |
