| 摘 要： | 随着新媒体的发展，新传媒对传播者自身的素质也有了很大提高。在传媒技术不断演进的进程中，高校必须不断增强学生的实践能力，实现高校人才培养和社会需求的无缝对接。因此，进行新闻实践教学改革，实现学生自身、校内和校外联动的创新模式既是大势所趋，也是必然要求。

| Abstract: | With the development of the new media, it has greatly improved the quality of communicators themselves. In the devel- opment of media technology, colleges and universities must con- stantly enhance students＇ practical ability, in order to realize the seamless docking between talents training and social needs. Therefore, it is the trend of the times and a necessary requirement to reform news practice teaching, and to realize the innovation mode for the linkage among students themselves, on and off cam- pus activities. |
