| 摘 要： | 离退休党员作为社区党员队伍的主要组成部分，是社区开展各项活动的重要力量，如何加强对其的管理是当前党员管理工作的一项重要课题。文章从新形势下社区离退休党员管理存在的问题入手，深刻剖析其成因，从四个方面提出了科学合理的政策和方法建议。这对进一步加强党的执政地位，促进社会和谐发展具有重要意义。
