| 摘 要： | 作为学生班主任，在教书育人方面是排头兵，很多管理工作要求高、严、细，有很多方面的基本功需要下苦工夫练习、掌握，而且必须热爱这项工作，做好“良心”活。为此，本文就练好基本功问题谈几点体会和看法。
