| 摘 要： | 随着新课程改革的深入,教师越来越重视对课程资源的开发和利用,以此打造优质高效课堂。其中对学生资源开发和利用的广度和深度是有目共睹的,而对教师自身的资源却利用甚少,即使偶尔利用也是顾虑重重。事实上,教师不仅是课程资源的开发利用者,而且自身就是重要的课程资源。为此,在教学中教师要重视自身资源的开发和利用,从而提高教学效率。

| Abstract: | With the new curriculum reform,teachers attach importance to the curriculum development and utilization of resources,in order to create high quality class.On students resources development and utilization of the breadth is obvious,while the teachers are making use of their resources poorly.In fact,teachers are not only curriculum resource development,but also an important curriculum resource.To this end,teachers should pay attention to their own,and improve teaching efficiency. |
