| 摘 要： | 学生党员发展工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,高校学生党支部在发展党员过程中发挥了重要作用。相对于其他类型的党支部,高校学生党支部具有党建工作力量相对薄弱、支部建设缺少长效机制、工作对象特征鲜明等显著特点,这也导致高校学生党支部在发展党员工作中存在评价标准有偏差、发展程序把关不严等一系列问题。通过分析总结,高校学生党支部可以从加强党支部自身建设、注重入党积极分子培养教育、严格工作程序、增强支部吸引力等方面入手,提高发展党员工作质量。

Problems and Countermeasures of Developing Party Members in the College Student Party Branch |

| Abstract: | The development of student Party members is an important part of the Party construction in colleges and universities.The student Party branch plays an important role in the process of developing Party members.Compared with other types of Party branches,the student Party branch in colleges and universities has the obvious characteristics of relatively weak Party construction,lack of long-term mechanism in branch construction,and distinct characteristics of working objects,which also leads to a series of problems in the work of developing Party members,such as the deviation of evaluation standards and lax control of development procedures.Through the analysis and summary,the student Party branch in colleges and universities can improve the work quality of developing Party members by strengthening the self-construction of the Party branch,paying attention to the cultivation and education of the activists who join the Party,strict working procedures and enhancing the attraction of the branch. |
