| 摘 要： | 新时代大学生党员在充实壮大党员队伍、增强基层党建活力、促进校园文化建设等方面发挥了重要作用。学生党员教育培训系统化、党支部标准化建设程度高、发展入党程序规范化,但也存在党、团、班一体化建设成效不显著、社会责任感意识和行动不足、入党“前后两张皮”现象及大学生党员现实表现年级差距大等现实困境,本文拟从大学生日常教育管理的角度提供思路。

| Abstract: | In the new era,college student Party members have played an important role in enriching Party members,strengthen-ing the vitality of Party building,and promoting the construction of campus culture.The education and training of student Party members is systematic.The standardization of Party branches is high,and the procedure of joining the Party is standardized.However,there are some practical dilemmas.The effect of Party building driving communist youth league building and class con-struction is insignificant.The consciousness of social responsibil-ity and action is insufficient.There are distinct differences be-tween joining the Party and big gap of the realistic performance between grades.This paper intends to provide ideas from the point of view of college student daily education and management. |
