| 摘 要： | 推行民办高校基层党组织精致化管理是新时期民办高校党建工作管理模式转变的必然趋势。推行民办高校基层党组织精致化管理要着力坚持“以人为本”的党建管理理念，科学制定精致化的党建管理制度，努力建设精致化的党员和党员管理队伍，积极运用精致化的党建管理技术手段，精心营造精致化的校园人文环境。

| Abstract: | To implement the exquisite management of grassroots Party organization in private colleges is an inevitable trend for the transformation of management mode for Party construction in pri-vate colleges in the new period. In the process we should firmly adhere to the idea of＂people-oriented＂Party construction man-agement, scientifically formulate exquisite management system for Party construction management,strive to construct an exquisite group of Party members and Party member management staff, ac-tively use exquisite technical means for Party construction man-agement, and elaborately establish exquisite campus humanistic environment. |
