| 摘 要： | 作为科研工作和科技创新主力军的研究生,其科研创新能力不仅关乎教育培养质量,更与国家的科研实力和国际创新竞争力息息相关。根据研究生培养过程中存在的问题,以基本技能训练为引导,以基本工具掌握为基础,以例会工作汇报为抓手,分阶段逐步培养学生的动手能力和思辨能力,能够探索一条提高学生科研创新能力的培养模式。

| Abstract: | As the main force of scientific research and technological innovation,the innovation ability of scientific research is not only related to the quality of education and training,but also closely related to the national scientific research strength and international innovation competitiveness.According to the problems existing in the postgraduate training process,guided by the training of basic skills,based on the mastery of basic tools,and focusing on the regular meeting work report,we should promote it step by step,cultivate students’practical ability and speculative ability,and explore a training mode to improve students’scientific research and innovation ability. |
