| Abstract: | Enhancing the construction of Party organizations ori-ented by grassroots service is one of the goals of the Marxist rul-ing Party construction proposed by the report of the 18th CPC National Congress. In view of the achievements and problems of the current grassroots Party organization construction, the con-struction of university Party organizations oriented by grassroots service can be effectively implemented through service concepts, team construction, service platforms, evaluation systems and guarantee mechanisms. |
