| 摘 要： | ＂科技创新＂型人才培养是理工科院校培养创新型人才的有效途径。笔者对五所理工科院校进行了＂科技创新＂型人才培养现状的随机抽样调查,根据统计数据对现状进行分析,并提出建议和结论。

| Abstract: | Talents Cultivation of ＂scientific and technical innovation＂ is an efficient way for colleges of science and technology to train creative persons.So,among five colleges of science and technology,a stochastic sampling has been taken towards the current situation of the talents cultivation of ＂scientific and technical innovation＂.This paper analyzed the statistical results and proposed relevant suggestions and conclusions. |
