| 摘 要： | 学科政策是科学政策的重要组成部分，对国家科学的发展影响深远。本文从学科的功能和学科政策的基本内涵出发，考察学科政策的社会经济因素及其影响，比较分析发达国家学科政策的主要类型和特点，指出国家科学资助机构在促进学科发展中的独特优势，进而提示对我国学科建设和学科发展的启示意义。

| Abstract: | Policy for disciplines is an important part of science policy. It also plays an important role in the development of science for many countries. The paper starts with an analysis at the basic functions of scientific disciplines and the relationship between the policy for disciplines and for science. It examines how the socio-economic elements influence national policy for disciplines, followed by a comparative study on different types of the policy for disciplines in developed countries. It especially points out the unique advantage of national research funding agencies in the implementation of policy for disciplines, which reveals lessons for our country to science development. |
