| 摘 要： | 【目的】 探索缩短科技期刊发展缓慢与中国科技迅猛发展之间差距的策略。【方法】 结合石油类学术期刊办刊实践和近年研究，对目前中国科技期刊国际化进程中的瓶颈问题进行分析，揭示“文强刊弱”的原因及负面效应，深度挖掘石油科技期刊与石油科技同步发展的应对策略和办刊经验。【结果】 中文科技期刊应按照类型特色化发展，并以石油科技期刊为例指出行业权威期刊应以夯实中文办刊为基础，逐步国际化发展。【结论】 科技期刊可发挥国内中文办刊优势，激发我国科学家母语创作激情，报道科技创新重大进展，弘扬工匠精神，推进科学编辑培养，把握学术动态，并以中英文双语为起步，推进“四双”办刊模式，与国家科技发展保持同步，提升期刊国际影响力，打造权威学术期刊品牌，助力国家科技创新。
