| 摘 要： | 全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进,各学科领域深度交叉融合,基础研究从科学家好奇心驱动的自由探索式的研究模式,逐步展现出对国家战略需求和产业技术发展的带动作用,从而演化出“有组织的基础研究”这一新模式。文章提出“有组织的基础研究”的概念,分析“有组织的基础研究”的特征和类型,阐明了发展“有组织的基础研究”的3个原则：以科学目标为导向;以自由探索为科学活动的根本形式;以科学家为主导。

| Abstract: | With the new round of global scientific and technological revolution and accelerated industrial transformation and the rapid development of interdisciplinary research, the basic research is shifting from the exploratory behavior of individual scientist to a more organized form. This article raised the conceptualizing framework of "organized basic research", revealed its characteristics and major types. The article also discussed and clarified several important issues in relate to the organized basic research, that it should stick to the goal of scientific development, it should be led by scientists, and academic freedom would always constitute as its foundation. |
