| 摘 要： | 经济全球化进程的加快，国际交流的日益增多，使得社会所需的英语专业人才也在不断增多。然而从实际情况看，高职英语专业学生的就业率并不高。这主要是由于社会和用人单位对英语专业人才提出了更高的要求，故而传统的英语教学已不能适应社会需求。因此本文首先对高职英语教学存在的问题进行分析，然后针对这些问题，在教学观念、教学方法、教学模式以及师资建设方面提出相应对策以加强高职英浯教学改革.

| Abstract: | The developments of economic globalization and frequent international communication have caused the rising of more English major talents. However, for higher requirements of employers, the higher vocational college students find that it is very difficult to look for suitable jobs. Therefore, this paper analyses the main problems of traditional English teaching system in higher vocational colleges, and then proposes some measures in the teaching concept, the teaching method, the teaching model as well as the promotion of teaching staff in terms of these problems. |
