| 摘 要： | 摘要：企业创新知识主要来源于内部知识生产和外部知识吸收，不同的知识来源对企业创新绩效有不同的影响。本文以调查数据为基础，利用数据包络分析（DEA）对企业创新知识生产函数进行评测。结果表明，样本企业的创新知识生产效率整体上并不高，只有4604%的样本企业处于效率前沿面；同时，企业创新知识生产还存在弱规模报酬递减。样本企业在知识生产的所有投入要素上都存在一定的冗余，其中，外部知识特别是从产业集群、大学等研究机构获取的知识浪费严重；内部交流方面，也有超过一半的知识没有被充分利用；而在产出方面，专利产出严重不足。此外，本文还发现除了产业类型外，企业规模、产权类型、目标市场和品牌等对企业创新知识生产效率影响不显著。

| Abstract: | R&D and knowledge absorption,which are the majority sources for firms' innovation,have a different effect on innovation performance. The efficiency of firms' innovation is measured based on survey data using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results show that only 46.04% of samples lie on the efficiency frontier and the return of scale are decreasing.
