| Abstract: | As a basic juristic study to the coming new charter of Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), this paper deals with two topics: the law status of CAS and the law source of the new charter of CAS, which are discussed from three aspects separately, one is from international background, one is from historical perspective, the other is from current evaluation of CAS. On the basis of analysis the paper gives some conclusions and useful suggestions. |
