产品设计模糊前端的创新和管理研究

摘    要:本文针对产品设计模糊前端,即目标设计阶段的创新和管理进行研究,结合产品设计开发模式的整体发展趋势,提出目标设计阶段产品整体概念的创新思想,并对目标设计阶段产品创新的策略以及产品创新的过程加以论述。最后,对加强产品设计模糊前端的管理,降低模糊前端的不确定性和模糊性也加以阐述。

Abstract:In this paper, innovation and management for fuzzy front end of product design (objective design stage) is studied. According to whole development trend of product design and development mode , the innovative ideas of product whole concept for objective design stage are put forward , the strategy and process of product innovation for objective design stage are discussed. Finally, strengthening management of fuzzy front end for objective design stage, reducing uncertainty and fuzziness of fuzzy front end are discussed.
