技术知识定位矩阵在技术创新路径组合中的应用

摘    要:本文在介绍了知识螺旋和技术创新路径组合的相关理论后,分析了在自主创新和二次创新模式下知识螺旋的特点,并以知识螺旋和技术知识成熟度为两个维度构建了技术知识定位矩阵,然后在矩阵中比较了自主创新和二次创新的知识分布图的区别,并分别分析了技术创新路径组合的四种模式下,技术知识在定位矩阵中的分布和衔接,根据分布和衔接形成的“知识空洞”和“知识赘肉”提出相对应的创新管理措施,从而使企业的技术创新能力随着知识螺旋得以提升。

Abstract:After introducing the theories of knowledge spiral and method combinations of technological innovation,the writer analyzes the character of the knowledge spiral in independent innovation and the second innovation.Then the writer builds a technological orientation matrix by two dimensions,the knowledge spiral and technological knowledge maturation degree.In the matrix,the writer compares the difference of knowledge distribution in the matrix under independent innovation and the second innovation.More importantly,the writer analyzes the distribution and junction of the technological knowledge in the matrixes under the four method combinations of technological innovation.Then the writer discusses the innovation management methods according to the "knowledge cavity" and "knowledge burden" formed by knowledge distribution and junction.By this way,companies' capability of technological innovation can be improved with the progress of knowledge spiral.
