我国企业组织创新的源与模式研究

摘    要:深化企业改革,建立现代企业制度既是一个制度创新过程,也是一个组织创新过程,以往的研究较为关注于制度创新,而相对忽视组织创新,本从理论与实证相结合的角度,对我国经济过渡时期企业组织创新的源与模式进行研究,建立起以核心能力为基础的组织创新模式选择框架,并利用这一框架对以“企业再造”为代表的战略导向型组织创新模式的选择进行了分析。

Abstract:The enterprise reform oriented towards establishing modern firm institution is not only a process of institutional innovation but also one of organizational innovation, and the institutional innovation has been paid more attentions than the organizational innovation in the field of innovation studies. Based on the theoretical and empirical researches, this paper analyses the sources and patterns of firm's organizational innovation in the periods of economic transformation in China, and establishes the selective framework of organizational innovation of economic transformation in China, and establishes the selective framework of organizational innovation patterns based on the core competence, and utilizes the framework to analyse the pattern choice of Business Process Redesign(BPR).
