| 摘 要： | 基于知识观理论视角,以高新技术企业的研发人员为样本对象,对信任、知识共享、组织学习与商业模式创新的内在关系进行实证研究。结果表明:信任对知识共享具有显著的正向影响,信任与知识共享对组织学习具有显著的正向影响,组织学习对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响。信任和知识共享对商业模式创新没有显著的直接影响,必须通过组织学习对商业模式创新产生影响。高新技术企业要促进商业模式的创新,首先要构建起组织信任的环境;在此基础上,通过信任来促进组织成员间的知识共享和提升组织学习的能力,从而提升商业模式创新的绩效水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the footing of knowledge view, this paper discusses the relationship among trust, knowledge sharing, learning and organization business model innovation based on the empirical evidence of high-tech enterprise R & D personnel. The empirical results show the trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing, trust and knowledge sharing have significant positive impact on organizational learning, organizational learning has a significant positive impact on the business model innovation, but there is no significant relationship between trust, knowledge sharing and business model innovation, which have impact on the business model innovation through organizational learning. That means to promote business model innovation performance, high-tech enterprise must establish a learning organization to enhance knowledge sharing, heighten mutual trust. |
