| 摘 要： | 战略联盟内的互相信任问题是战略联盟取得成功的最重要的环节，大量战略联盟的失败都可以归结为互相信任问题。文章探讨和剖析了企业战略联盟内部成员企业在组建和运转过程中的相互信任问题，并提出了建立相互信任机制的各种有效措施。

| Abstract: | Mutual trust is the most important choice in the achieving complete success course of a strategic alliance. Numerous failures of alliance call be attributed to the poor special capability in the key filed. After discussing and analyzing the problems of mutual trust among members of strategic alliance in the course of organizing and operating the strategic alliance, the article has proposed several measurements set up for the mutual trust within strategic alliance. |
