| 摘 要： | 探讨知识经济时代继续教育的特点和发展趋势；结合中国科学院人才队伍现状和战略目标，分析继续教育在促进创新人才队伍建设和创新工程的顺利实施提供人才保证中的重要作用；还提出了围绕知识创新工程，加强继续教育工作的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the feature and trend of continued education in the time of economy based knowledge. After integrating human resources and Knowledge Innovation Project in Chines Academy of Sciences(CAS), the authors think continued education are important tools to shape CAS human resources structure having good innovative ability and consciousness. Some policy suggestions of developing continued education in CAS are provided. |
