| 摘 要： | 职务发明创造非职务化，是单位甚至国有专利权流失的一条重要途径。本比较系统地探讨了职务发明创造非职务化的表现形式，分析了导致职务发明创造非职务化的原因，最后提出了遏制职务发明创造非职务化的对策。
