| Abstract: | The M & A falls into financial and strategic M & A in the light of the characteristics,approaches and objects,etc,the integration is the characteristic of strategic M & A,The decision principles and decision process of strategic M & A were expounded,and the system and modes of integration in strategic M & A were put forward and discussed based on three-dimensionalities:task integrationmhuman integration,and the extent of integration.The logic of task integration involves from static organization integration to dynamic process integration and from informal institutions to formal institutions,and that of human integration includes retention and loss of personnel and visibility and continuity of leadership based on the attitudes towards the acquisition and the path dependency during integration:experience,learning and communication. |
