| Abstract: | This paper proposes a quantitative method by which technology superioritics in research institutions can beeffectively and easily evaluated. This method combines the achievements accquired by institutions with technologyprioritizations. The method is very useful for superior departments to make maeroscopic administrations on and adjustmentsin research institutions, particularly in ranking institutions and allocating funds for technology development according to theweights of synthetic technology superiorities. |
