包容型领导风格对员工心理资本的影响

摘    要:本文通过调查问卷实证分析了包容型领导风格对员工心理资本的影响。研究发现:(1)包容型领导风格包括领导者认可并鼓励员工、领导者尊重并公平对待员工、领导者理性理解并包容员工的失败等3个维度;(2)包容型领导风格与员工心理资本具有显著正相关;(3)领导者认可并鼓励员工对心理资本的影响最为显著;(4)领导者尊重并公平对待员工对心理资本韧性维度具有显著正向影响,领导者理性理解并包容员工的失败对心理资本希望维度具有显著正向影响。

Abstract:Based on the concept and characteristics of inclusive leadership, this paper discusses the influence of inclusive leadership on psychological capital. By means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, finding that inclusive leadership including leader recognized and encourage team members, leaders respect and fair treatment of team members, leaders rational understand and accept the failures of the team members three dimensions. The empirical study found that:(1)Inclusive leadership and psychological capital has significant positive correlation;(2)Three dimensions of inclusive leadership have different impacts on psychological capital, leader recognized and encourage team members has more important influence .
