| 摘 要： | 技术创新总是在特定的文化背景和组织结构中发生的,不同的文化类型和组织结构决定了技术创新的不同性质.本文分析了不同企业文化类型的物性、组织结构的演变以及它们之间的协同关系,指出文化类型、组织结构与技术创新之间的有效匹配是企业依靠技术创新走内涵发展道路的根本保证.

| Abstract: | Technological innovation always takes place in the identical cultue and structure, and the different types of culture and structure decide the different nature of technological innovation, this paper analyses the natures of different corporate cultural types, the evolution of organizational structure, and the coordinated relation between them; points out that the effective match amongst cultural type, organizational structure and technological innovation is the infrastructure for theenterprise' s intensive development depending on technological innovation. |
