| 摘 要： | 契约是交易双方行动博弈选择的结果，本文通过对静态以及动态条件下的策略模糊加以分析，认为同时行动的静态缔约行为，委托--代理双方缔结完全契约最优；在具有相互依存性的动态契约中，当双方的策略互补时，缔结完全契约最优，而策略替代时，缔结不完全契约通常最优。

Game Analysis of the First- best Contracts on the Strategic Ambiguity |

| Abstract: | Contracts is the result of parties behavior choices. This article analyses the strategic ambiguity on the static contracting and dynamic contracting problem,has proved the structure of opitmal contracts, and argue that when exiting strategic complement, complete contract is optimal, and when strategic substitute, is the incomplete contract. |
