| 摘 要： | 本文讨论在供应商和销售商的边际成本都随产量递增的情况下,回购契约是如何协调供应链的。重点分析了销售商的订货策略,供应商最优契约的设计以及节点企业资源投入状况与供应链协调的关系。结果表明:(1)供应商的最优回购契约是:供应商允许销售商对剩余订货全部按批发价退货,同时确定一个较高的批发价;(2)供应链能否协调不只是一个契约设计问题,还受各企业资源投入状况的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper researches the buy back contract how to coordinate the supply chain on the condition that the supplier's and the retailer's marginal costs increase with their outputs.The emphases of analysis are put on the retailer's ordering strategy,the design of the supplier's optimal contract,and the relationship between enterprises' resource inputs and the coordination of the supply chain.The results indicate that:(1)in the Supplier's optimal buy back contract,the supplier allows the retailer to return his full unsold ordering at the wholesale price and the supplier asks a high wholesale price;(2) The coordination of the supply chain is concerned with both the design of the contract and the status of the firms's resource input. |
