| 摘 要： | 由于企业集团关联企业众多,因此其科层结构相较传统企业也显得更为多变与复杂。本文首先从几何视角对企业集团科层结构进行了刻画,并在此基础之上对企业子公司化规模起点进行了一般化的讨论。然后基于一个特定的生产函数,沿着新古典主义利润最大化假说的步伐,通过静态比较,分析了企业集团母公司和子公司科层结构、母公司对子公司的股权控制以及外部市场情况几者之间的关系。相信本文的工作不仅对进一步研究企业集团科层结构具有一定的借鉴意义,同时也有利于最优集团管控的设计,并且对基于科层的企业子公司化规模起点讨论提供了一个全新的视角。

| Abstract: | As the business group contains a large number of affiliates,the hierarchical structure of business group is more volatile and complex than traditional enterprises.This paper first describes the hierarchical structure of business group with a geometric perspective.Then the paper discusses the starting point of subsidiary of enterprise.At last the paper analyzes the interaction between hierarchical structure of business group,the proportion of cross-shareholding and the environment of external market based on a specific production function and neoclassical profit maximization hypothesis.This paper not only has some reference for further research of hierarchical structure of business group,but also provides a new perspective to research the starting point of subsidiary of enterprise. |
