| 摘 要： | 本文对战略联盟控制的研究进行综述。首先,本文归纳了文献中对于联盟控制目的的三种不同认识。在此基础上,进一步从不同理论范式出发总结了联盟控制方式的基本类型和选择标准。对于两种重要的联盟形态:合资企业和稳定供应关系的控制方式进行了归纳。最后简要的评述了现有的研究并提出了未来可能的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The Paper reviewed the existing researches about control of strategic alliance. We first concluded three different aspects related to the target of control in strategic alliance. In turn we concluded various control mechanisms in strategic alliance from different theories. Control problem of two typical form of strategic alliance: Joint Venture and stable supplier-seller relationships, was also reviewed in the paper. Finally, we discussed possible research directions in this field. |
