| 摘 要： | 从虚拟社区知识共享行为的动因出发,来探索虚拟社区社会资本和个人动机的影响,构建虚拟社区社会资本和个人动机对知识共享影响的理论模型,提出相关假设。对虚拟社区成员进行问卷调查,对得到的293份有效问卷的样本数据,运用LISREL 8.8和SPSS 17.0进行验证性分析,检验了研究假设。实证研究表明,社会资本和个人动机对虚拟社区成员的知识共享行为有显著的正向影响。研究结果对了解虚拟社区知识共享行为,实现基于网络平台的个性化知识管理与服务策略有重要参考意义。

| Abstract: | Starting with the motivation of knowledge sharing behavior in the virtual community,this paper explores the influences of social capital and personal motivation in the virtual community,constructs a theoretical model of the influences of social capital and personal motivation on knowledge sharing,and proposes relevant hypotheses.To test the proposed theoretical model and hypotheses,the paper makes a questionnaire survey of the virtual community members,and uses LISREL 8.8 and SPSS 17.0 to make a validating analysis of the sample data obtained from the 293 effective questionnaires.The empirical study shows that social capital and personal motivation have obvious positive influence on the knowledge sharing behavior of the virtual community members.The research results have important reference value for understanding the knowledge sharing behavior and implementing the network platform-based personalized knowledge management and service strategy in the virtual community. |
