| 摘 要： | 从促进网络发表科技论文发展角度出发,定性和定量方法相结合,通过分析网络发表科技论文及其所附载体特征,构建网络发表科技论文学术影响力的评价指标体系。综合运用专家估测法、层次分析法和综合指数法进行评价分析,利用MATLAB和SPSS软件处理所采集的数据,通过应用研究来验证体系构建的可行性,使构建的网络发表科技论文学术影响力评价体系客观而科学。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the perspective of promoting the development of online publishing of scientific papers,this article combines the qualitative method with the quantitative method to construct the academic influence evaluation index system of online publishing of scientific papers by analyzing the characteristics of online publishing of scientific papers and its carriers.Using the expert estimation method,AHP method and synthetic index method comprehensively to make evaluation and analysis,using MATLAB and SPSS software to process the collected data,and using the applied study to verify the feasibility of the system construction make the constructed academic influence evaluation index system of online publishing of scientific papers objective and scientific. |
