| 摘 要： | 用户动因一直是信息系统领域的研究热点。从用户对信息系统的初期采纳到持续使用,一系列的理论模型被提出并得到了检验。性格作为反映用户个体特质的最重要的一个方面,近年来得到了社会心理学、市场营销等领域的关注,然而在信息系统领域关注较少。本文选择技术接受与使用统一模型与信息系统持续使用模型作为反映用户初期采纳和后期持续使用动因的典型模型,试图将性格五因素理论与这两个模型相整合,以深入理解不同用户性格特质对于用户信息系统使用的影响。
