| 摘 要： | 本文通过在对开放获取运动与知识产权保护综述的基础上,从图书馆的角度分析它们之间的现实矛盾,进而从信息共享空间的视角,系统分析信息共享空间、开放获取以及知识产权三者之间的内在联系以及其矛盾的处理.

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of the Open Access movement and the protection of intellectual property right,this article analyzes the actual contradictions between them from the perspectives of library.Moreover,the article gives a systematic analysis of the internal relations among Information Commons,Open Access and intellectual property right from the viewpoint of Information Commons as well as the handling of the contradictions among them. |
