| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了影响知识共享的团队特征变量,并采用多层线性模型(HLM)对234个工作团队的813名成员的有效调查问卷进行了实证检验。结果表明,互依性(即任务互依性和成果互依性)与团队效能感均对知识共享起到积极影响作用;成员能力梯度对知识共享有负向影响作用。此外,任务互依性与成果互依性的交互作用对知识共享的影响也是显著的。最后对如何有效促进团队知识共享提出了建议。
