| 摘 要： | 分析了我国企业用户的信息需求特点以及科技信息机构提供企业信息服务的现状,以国家科技图书文献中心的企业服务实践为例,介绍了客制化解决方案和专业化信息服务平台的主要研制思想和特点,提出我国图书馆应建立需求导向制的企业资源建设和服务机制,并通过横纵向的多方合作提升企业服务能力,试图给国内图书馆如何开展企业服务掀开一个崭新的视角. |
