| Abstract: | The article first analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of defense scientific and technical novelty-checking agencies, and the opportunities and challenges they face. Then, it demonstrates that defense scientific and technical novelty-checking agencies should develop their services in the aspects of product, price, place, promotion and personnel so as to blaze a way with their own characteristics. |
